We live in an area of the country that has a large population of Mennonites – who are similar to the Amish. There is even a festival around here every year where the locals bring out their products and display them along with all kinds of maple syrup delicacies.
One of the things that they are known for is their craftsmanship with wood for example. There are some amazing examples of locally made furniture close by. In addition, some of these craftsmen also produce things like the amish gazebo and other backyard structures.

I think it’s time to change my blog theme here. It’s driving me nuts every time I see my blog mess up.
