model kits

We just finished another Christmas.  We had the chance to see my husband’s family all together in spite of all the work involved in coordinating it all.  But it’s worth it just to see the joy in our kids faces.

In many ways, Christmas is best enjoyed as a kid.  I fondly remember many Christmas’s at home and at my grandparents.  The presents – model kits, GI Joe’s, Barbie  Dolls – were so much fun to open on Christmas morning.  But maybe it was the warmth of being at home with loved ones that made the biggest impression of all.
