Colon Cleanse

Hubby hasn’t been feeling well for the last two months. His stomach and chest has been bugging him. He has been doing the kidney cleanse and now he wants to try the colon cleanse and detox. He made an appointment to see his doctor. The doctor ordered some blood test. Well anyway when the test came back everything was normal except his iron was too high. We were glad to know that everything was okay. But he’s still interested in cleansing and it reminds me about the site online. I might do it too when I stop breastfeeding.

Yikes! my hubby has done this before, and the routine he found involved coffee/vinegar enemas. I think I’ll pass, at least on that part! Good luck!
